Questions

Good to know before you arrive.

What should I expect during my first visit?

You'll complete a brief intake form covering your health history and goals. Your therapist will discuss your areas of focus and any concerns before the session begins. You'll always be draped and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.

How often should I come in?

For stress management and general wellness, once or twice a month is ideal. For chronic tension or specific issues, weekly sessions for 4–6 weeks often produce the best results. Our membership is designed around this rhythm.

Should I communicate during the session?

Always. Your comfort is the priority. If pressure is too deep or too light, if you're too warm or cold, or if you'd prefer silence — please say so. Your therapist welcomes feedback throughout.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the session fee. Members receive one complimentary late cancellation per quarter.
